сколько циклов - не знаю, но у нас принято лёд сбивать ломом, в отличие от суоми, и наверное этот фактор сильнее. А асфальт на раёне вообще раз в 2 года меняют. Лёд на асфальте всё равно бывает, снег с тротуаров не надо так часто убирать.
