Может быть слышали о так называемом "советском конструктивизме" (арх.Мотылев)?

Вопрос живо затронул нашу семью - мать живёт в "Буденовском поселке" - на ул.Б.Почтовая, сейчас его вроде бы как - собрались сносить.

Насколько это жильё целесообразно ремонтировать?
